LotV Bugs and Some Other Stuff

Quests:
First time through, I don't know what I did, but I could not complete the "Enter Deadlands" quest. Before that, I was also able to grab a quest off the Templar for getting the relic in Icehorn. It hasn't occurred in subsequent playthroughs.

Spells:
Dark Hybrid's Tranfusion description says it goes up to 5 levels when it actually goes up to 10.
Dark Hybrid's Noxious Spread description doesn't mention what leveling it does for the skill; also doesn't mention how large the damage bonus is.

NPCs:
Creed's description mentions base defenses but there are none to buy from him
In the cutscene after finishing off the second protoss area, the Lake, when Osbourne is explaining the importance of the relic, the subtitle says that it is an outpost marine saying it, not Osbourne

Arena:
Tholan's attack seems to be kinda broken

Thanks for the feedback man. I looked at the first quest bugging out. Think I got it working
a lot better now. The high level Quest shouldn't pop up anymore either.
I Fixed the cutscene bug and added description info to Noxious Creep.
Changed Creeds descriptions to a more updated one.
Still looking at Tholan he does seem a bit off and couldn't find where Transfusion says only 5 levels but will keep an eye on things.
